I love love love good deals!! Especially when I can have what I wanted at a very good price! I am ecstatic about my bridal package as I get a really good deal out of it and so good that I think I will be really upset if they refuse to sell it to me (I don't think they make much profit out of my package).
I knew what I wanted right from the start and I guess it's easier for me to bargain and focus. I will have 3 made-to measure gowns - 1 bridal gown and 2 evening gowns. I wanted a full lace bridal gown with a mermaid silhouette so that I look real tall and curvy. Hahhaha..It's good for hiding my flaws :p
I have an idea for one of my evening gowns and I figured that I really need to sit down and discuss the design for my other evening gown. Hope they will have the exact color fabric that I am looking for. Besides my 3 gowns, my package still includes a "kua", wedding car, driver, petrol, 32 photos (large and small of repeated poses plus those framed pictures and table top pictures), 5 outfits for outdoor and indoor shoot, trial makeup, actual day makeup and hair styling at a very reasonable price! I guess the real deal are my gowns.
I went to a couple of bridal shops and they quoted me a much higher price with only ONE made-to-measure gown and the other one got to be off the rack, doesn't include wedding car and miscellanous stuffs..
My next challenge is to find a good deal for my lace (I will buy my own lace for my bridal gown) as good and pretty lace are usually very expensive. They can cost up to $200-$300 per metre and I need at least 9metres of lace.. You do the math and you will know what the damages are. Plus, I wont be able to take back the gown (which is normal esp for the price I am paying)..
Well, I'll pray hard for my laces and hopefully I will be able to get what I want at a good price too! :D
