Updates updates!

First week of my work had passed and I am loving it!

With the constant craving for the beloved Korea BBQ, Mr Lai made a booking for today's dinner!

This time round, our dear cousin, Cecilia joined us after hearing us rave about it! 

See how happy she is!! Hahhaha!

Her virgin trip to the restaurant and she loves the meat too! Our recommendation is good! hahhahaha!It was a fun night chatting away after a busy busy week.

Life is so good right now and I am loving every bit of it :)

Below is my first loot from my company sales. Please don't expect anything atas coz those are not on sale.................yet. Hahhah!

And! Please don't say I am aunty(I am not!!). I bought it because only these were on sale(plus it's a very good deal) so I grab one for myself and one for mummy. It is really quite comfy :)

Can't wait for more staff sales to come! Hahhaha!

Today, BB has reached Dubai!! Which means, he is reaching home in 2 weeks!! Time flies and I can't wait for him to be back :)

He is currently shopping for me in Dubai! So sweet ain't he? (^_^)

His latest update is that he bought me a couple of dresses and some little clothings for baby Oscar! He bought those really tidy ones so baby Oscar can wear it immediately when he pops out of mummy's tummy!

He's going to find me some interesting chocolates and tibits from Dubai :)

Can't wait for him to be back!

I am a happy, blissful and contented girl right now. :D



New Start New Beginning

Guess most of you have known by now that I had a change of job and I've never been busier.

Or maybe, it's been a long while since I felt busy. So busy that I hardly have time for anything!

Mdm Boo was saying that I'm being irresponsible for not updating my blog. But the fact is, she just misses me so much (^_^)! Hahhaah!

I do miss being 'eng' for like a minute today. Just a minute :)

Guess I've have been too free for the past 19months and I missed being busy and having my day filled.

The only downside is that I am walking around in my 4inches heels for at least 12 hours a day for the past 3 days and this is what happened to my poor feet today :(

The picture looks less swollen (I have the tendacy of my feet swelling after a long day in heels) but I walked till there's bruises caused by my shoes and I didn't even realise it.

But,

I am certain that I've made a right choice(at least I feel so at this very moment) as I am really happy though I've been freaking busy. My boss is really capable and I really respect her. I truly have alot to learn from her.

Though I heard alot of things about her, but to me, people are always listening to one side of the story. People always listen to the ones who complain and those that complain, simply doesn't want to admit that they are not good enough. She has her expectations which is really good as it makes people learn and grow.

I am really hoping to be as good as her one day :)

Time to log off now. I still have a string of events happening for the next 10days starting from tomorrow.

Yummy Korean BBQ!

I had the yummiest korean BBQ yesterday!!

It was so yummy that I kept thinking about it! We chance upon the restaurant after designing my wedding gown and we were lucky to get a seat!

I didn't think much of the meat initially as I was never a huge fan for BBQ food, so I took alot of sauages as back-up in case I don't like the meat.

But......

After I tried the chicken, I was over the moon! And the beef.......

It was so so so good that words are not good enough to describe!!!! The marination was superb and I never had such good beef before!!

Gosh..the thought of it is making me hungry!

It's so nice that even Mdm Boo loves the beef! (Mdm Boo don't take beef!)

It was so nice that all 3 of us are so happy and keep smiling while eating it! With Mdm Boo eating so much beef, Little Oscar must be a happy baby!

BB will be back in 3 weeks and I am sure he'll love it!

Can't wait to visit the restaurant again!

Ear-ring-ring-rings!!!

Taaaadaaaaa!!!

I bought my first pair of diamond earrings yesterday! It's for my wedding :)

It was a lovely pair (though it does look a little like peanut before I put it on), and especially so after I wore it! It just matches my face very well and the size is just nice! Not too small (Please remember that I do have a big face :( )!

Well, the picture is taken using iphone (I need a camera!) and doesnt do justice to the actual piece. It looks so nice when I wear it! :D

Luckily, Melly is able to help me get discount for the pair but it still hurt like hell when I handed over a stack of $50 bills to the sales person. I almost wanted to snatch it back!! Hahhaha!!

It's my first time splurging on jewelleries and I hope it doesn't happen again in future. Hahaha! I could buy a nice bag with the money!



What a day.

I just had my first car accident with me being the driver.

I thank god that I am alone in the car.

It happened near the exit towards BKE from SLE. The car in front of me stopped and with me being the kiasu kind(I was quite a distance away from the car in front of me), I stopped in time but the car behind me didn't.

So she crashed into my car and that was the first bang. The cab behind her apparently crashed into her again (this is what I felt as I felt 2 bangs) and caused me to move even further and crashed into the car in front of me. 

The car in front of me didn't had much damage but the front part of my car was dented. The back part, needless to say, is gone. I didn't know it was that serious (with the sides cracking) till I took a good look at it after Mr Lai drove me home.

I was really very touched that my bil actually came all the way down to send me home as I was quite traumatized and not sure what to do, let alone driving home.

This is family. :)

When things happened, you'll know who treats you like family and who are the ones that I don't need to be bothered with.

Anyway, thank god that all is fine and I hope my back ache will go away tomorrow.

Hope everything can be settled quickly, getting into an accident is such a chore. There are a million things that I need to do.

All I want to do now is to have a good rest. All other things can wait.

September is really an 'eventful' month.

Long weekend ahead..

Tomorrow is the start of the long weekend and by right, I should be so so happy. Yes, by right. Don't know when I started not to like long weekends(maybe just this long weekend). Maybe I am too bored being coped up at home for a full 3 days and the thought of it seriously turns me off.

Or maybe I just felt alone. Yes, I am being emo. It is a major difference compared to my mood a few days back. Maybe I was too happy and so happy that I wanted to share my joy with everyone but apparently not everyone is as happy as I am. Haha.

Of course my dear Mdm Boo, Mr Lai, my BB and sharon are all really really happy for me. I can sense that they are truly happy and I am so glad to have them :)

Maybe I am being emo because people that I thought would be happy for me didn't sound so and when you feel that you needed someone to share your joy, everyone's busy. (I am gonna be busy real soon too! *hmpz*)

Maybe, that's life.

Enough of all my emo nonsense!!

I am going for mani and pedi with Mdm Boo on Saturday! *happy* Lucky I still have my dear sister (^_^)

Can't wait for Monday to come. It will definitely be an 'eventful' day but after that, I'll be free! Free from all the nonsense once and for all.

Also, BB is coming home in 29 days!

I am sure things gonna be great when he's back! :)

I'm Looooooving today!!!!!

Words are no longer able to describe how happy I am today! Today is one of the happiest day for the past 2 years :)

Good and blessed things happened and I am so happy that I actually tell myself to blog it down so I can remember one of my happiest moments. I am so happy that I am actually feeling the excitement of it all; heart beating faster, bubbles keep popping out of my head and can't stop smiling to myself!!!

It's been a whole day and I still can't contain my happiness. Can't stop smiling and in an extremely great mood!

Totally LOVE all that had happened today and pray that everything will be smooth-sailing.

I will put in extra extra effort and hopefully more good things will come!
