Yummy Korean BBQ!

I had the yummiest korean BBQ yesterday!!

It was so yummy that I kept thinking about it! We chance upon the restaurant after designing my wedding gown and we were lucky to get a seat!

I didn't think much of the meat initially as I was never a huge fan for BBQ food, so I took alot of sauages as back-up in case I don't like the meat.

But......

After I tried the chicken, I was over the moon! And the beef.......

It was so so so good that words are not good enough to describe!!!! The marination was superb and I never had such good beef before!!

Gosh..the thought of it is making me hungry!

It's so nice that even Mdm Boo loves the beef! (Mdm Boo don't take beef!)

It was so nice that all 3 of us are so happy and keep smiling while eating it! With Mdm Boo eating so much beef, Little Oscar must be a happy baby!

BB will be back in 3 weeks and I am sure he'll love it!

Can't wait to visit the restaurant again!

Ear-ring-ring-rings!!!

Taaaadaaaaa!!!

I bought my first pair of diamond earrings yesterday! It's for my wedding :)

It was a lovely pair (though it does look a little like peanut before I put it on), and especially so after I wore it! It just matches my face very well and the size is just nice! Not too small (Please remember that I do have a big face :( )!

Well, the picture is taken using iphone (I need a camera!) and doesnt do justice to the actual piece. It looks so nice when I wear it! :D

Luckily, Melly is able to help me get discount for the pair but it still hurt like hell when I handed over a stack of $50 bills to the sales person. I almost wanted to snatch it back!! Hahhaha!!

It's my first time splurging on jewelleries and I hope it doesn't happen again in future. Hahaha! I could buy a nice bag with the money!



What a day.

I just had my first car accident with me being the driver.

I thank god that I am alone in the car.

It happened near the exit towards BKE from SLE. The car in front of me stopped and with me being the kiasu kind(I was quite a distance away from the car in front of me), I stopped in time but the car behind me didn't.

So she crashed into my car and that was the first bang. The cab behind her apparently crashed into her again (this is what I felt as I felt 2 bangs) and caused me to move even further and crashed into the car in front of me. 

The car in front of me didn't had much damage but the front part of my car was dented. The back part, needless to say, is gone. I didn't know it was that serious (with the sides cracking) till I took a good look at it after Mr Lai drove me home.

I was really very touched that my bil actually came all the way down to send me home as I was quite traumatized and not sure what to do, let alone driving home.

This is family. :)

When things happened, you'll know who treats you like family and who are the ones that I don't need to be bothered with.

Anyway, thank god that all is fine and I hope my back ache will go away tomorrow.

Hope everything can be settled quickly, getting into an accident is such a chore. There are a million things that I need to do.

All I want to do now is to have a good rest. All other things can wait.

September is really an 'eventful' month.

Long weekend ahead..

Tomorrow is the start of the long weekend and by right, I should be so so happy. Yes, by right. Don't know when I started not to like long weekends(maybe just this long weekend). Maybe I am too bored being coped up at home for a full 3 days and the thought of it seriously turns me off.

Or maybe I just felt alone. Yes, I am being emo. It is a major difference compared to my mood a few days back. Maybe I was too happy and so happy that I wanted to share my joy with everyone but apparently not everyone is as happy as I am. Haha.

Of course my dear Mdm Boo, Mr Lai, my BB and sharon are all really really happy for me. I can sense that they are truly happy and I am so glad to have them :)

Maybe I am being emo because people that I thought would be happy for me didn't sound so and when you feel that you needed someone to share your joy, everyone's busy. (I am gonna be busy real soon too! *hmpz*)

Maybe, that's life.

Enough of all my emo nonsense!!

I am going for mani and pedi with Mdm Boo on Saturday! *happy* Lucky I still have my dear sister (^_^)

Can't wait for Monday to come. It will definitely be an 'eventful' day but after that, I'll be free! Free from all the nonsense once and for all.

Also, BB is coming home in 29 days!

I am sure things gonna be great when he's back! :)

I'm Looooooving today!!!!!

Words are no longer able to describe how happy I am today! Today is one of the happiest day for the past 2 years :)

Good and blessed things happened and I am so happy that I actually tell myself to blog it down so I can remember one of my happiest moments. I am so happy that I am actually feeling the excitement of it all; heart beating faster, bubbles keep popping out of my head and can't stop smiling to myself!!!

It's been a whole day and I still can't contain my happiness. Can't stop smiling and in an extremely great mood!

Totally LOVE all that had happened today and pray that everything will be smooth-sailing.

I will put in extra extra effort and hopefully more good things will come!

Start of my workout regime

I finally took the first step in starting my workout regime. I signed up for gym at Amore yesterday! I am so going to start working out this weekend to fight my fats!

I was quite unhappy with Amore (but I signed up anyway) as I was given the wrong information right from the start. Not 1 but 2 Amore staffs told me that if I sign up for the gym package, I will be able to access the gym at Amore Tampines as well. So thinking that it is a good deal as I can go to both outlets, I was very prepared to sign up. When I make my way to the Jurong outlet on a Saturday last month, there wasn't any sales consultants!

I was extremely surprised(or rather irritated) as I didn't know sales consultants don't work on Saturdays and the receptionist told me that there won't be any consultants coming in for that day! She said that she will ask the sales consultants to drop me a call to arrange for appointment and obviously, that didn't happened.

Feeling irritated, I called again on Tuesday and again, there was no sales consultant available and they said they will get back to me which they didn't. I was super pissed off as I called again and they told me the same time!

To cut the story short, they finally called me back after I had scolded the one who answered the call and on the verge of complaining to their head office. I went down for the appointment yesterday and realised that the package that I sign could not have access to the Amore at Tampines.

After one big round of irritation, the previous staffs was actually providing me with the wrong information all the while!

If I wasn't so desperate to get a workout and it is near to my place, I won't sign up even if it's free!

Maybe Amore has such great business that they cannot be bothered with new customers who has a hell lot of intention of signing up.

Anyway, just hope that the workout really helps!

Bought my favourite biscuits at JP yesterday so I can snack on it before I go for my workout :)

It's September!!

It's finally September!!

August seems awfully loooong and time literally crawls.

Starting from this month, I am going to be very determined and stick on to my workout regime for the next 3 months!

I hate ageing! I hate the slowing down of my metabolism rate. I hate to feel fat even when I am not eating much and I absolutely hate it when I go on a diet for a week and still feel fat(I USED to be able to shed a few kgs in a week or 2!Dammit!)!

The best part is, I feel the effects months before my big day! I mean it won't be as bad if it is after right? At least I can feel good and damm pretty on that day.

Arghhhhh..all thanks to my 'good' genes. I must fight the genes!

Grumbles aside,

BB will be back next month!!! FINALLY!! YEahhhhhh!

Can't wait for BB to be back!!!
